What we can do with play dough
Mu and I (mostly Mu) made a cake/pie.
G added play dough on the page for each solar body. He told me the names of each one! He pointed to the title of the page and said, “systema solar” (“solar system” in Spanish). He preferred to add small pinches of dough at a time instead of large swaths.
H showed me how he could erase the cookie cutter marks with the butt of the rolling pin.
H: “It’s a path that leads to snakes.”
Mi kindly made me some ice cream balls. She put them inside the small cup. She had rolled them between her index finger and thumb. She worked carefully and diligently.
